BILLING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Definitions
Seller refers to the website owner – the person to whom the order for the purchase has been given.
Buyer refers to the person or organization placing the order.
Goods or services refers to the product(s) or services for which the buyer has placed an order for with the seller.

Payment
All payments are due upon completion of order. If a payment is not received or the payment method is declined the order will not be placed for the products and no items will be shipped. The buyer forfeits the ownership of any items due to non-payment.


Placing an Order
How to place an order. Orders are placed solely through our website. Once you’ve added the product(s) you’ll go through our checkout procedure where you’ll need to enter your contact details, shipping and billing information. Please check your order before clicking the “place order” button.

The description of the Services and any Goods in our website does not constitute a contractual offer to sell the Services or Goods. When an Order has been submitted on the Website, we can reject it for any reason, although we will try to tell you the reason without delay.

The Order process is set out on the Website. Each step allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting the Order. It is your responsibility to check that you have used the ordering process correctly.

Acceptance of your order. A Contract will be formed for the goods ordered only when you receive an email from us confirming the Order (Order Confirmation). You must ensure that the Order Confirmation is complete and accurate and inform us immediately of any errors. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in the Order placed by you. By placing an Order you agree to us giving you confirmation of the Contract by means of an email with all information in it (ie the Order Confirmation). You will receive the Order Confirmation within a reasonable time after making the Contract, but in any event not later than the shipping of any Goods supplied under the Contract.

We intend that these Terms and Conditions apply only to a Contract entered into by you as a Consumer. If this is not the case, you must tell us, so that we can provide you with a different contract with terms which are more appropriate for you and which might, in some respects, be better for you, eg by giving you rights as a business.

Pricing, Specifications, and Availability
All prices are in United States dollars. Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Due to the changing nature of the technology accessories market, and because of the technical differences in the equipment of our customers, product descriptions may not reflect current technical information, and we cannot be responsible for photographic differences in product size, shape, or color. We do not warrant the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Sanooer.com orders generate automatic confirmation e-mail, but the receipt of a confirmation only means that we have received your order, and does not constitute an offer to sell. We may change our pricing, product description, or specifications after any confirmation e-mail, but before shipment, due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or unavailability, typographical errors, or any other reason. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item sold, or prohibit a sale altogether.

We will notify you of any corrections or changes to your order, and will not complete it until we have your approval. We estimate your order will ship within two business days. Published prices do not include shipping, sales tax, or insurance.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Shipping Policies

Delivery time: It normally takes 1-2 business days for us to place an order, urgent orders cannot be delivered during holidays.

Orders and shipments
All orders are processed, verified, quality checked, and packaged within 2 business days.

If there is a delay, such as the delay of the product to the warehouse on the same day, the logistics problem cannot be delivered in time, etc., we will contact you in time by email.

Holiday orders, we will process for you within 48 hours. For urgent orders, you can contact us in the mail, and we will process your order in time.

During the transportation, we will follow up the logistics in time, and tell you the transportation method and order number of the product in time when shipping. If there are problems with the product during transportation, such as Lost, we will inform you in time. And reissue it for you in time. Please rest assured that we will keep track of your logistics information until you receive it.

Shipping time will normally cost 3 - 8 business days(USA-USA) .
Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of the order, and can take longer than the expected date due to the invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.


Legalities

The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the goods or services. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.

Any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of the site owner's state.
