1.Orders and shipments
All orders are processed, verified, quality checked, and packaged within 2 days.
If there is a delay, such as the delay of the product to the warehouse on the same day, the logistics problem cannot be delivered in time, etc., we will contact you in time by email.
Holiday orders, we will process for you within 48 hours. For urgent orders, you can contact us in the mail, and we will process your order in time.
During the transportation, we will follow up the logistics in time, and tell you the transportation method and order number of the product in time when shipping. If there are problems with the product during transportation, such as Lost, we will inform you in time. And reissue it for you in time. Please rest assured that we will keep track of your logistics information until you receive it.
2. Shipping Coverage and Time
Within the US orders
Shipping time will normally cost 2 - 6 business days(USA-USA) .
If the shipping address is in the United States, the buyer is not responsible for any costs.
CN/International orders
Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and weight, estimated delivery in 7-20 business days (customs clearance may extend this).
Accessory orders
Shipping time will normally cost 5-10 business days .Please note that accessories require the dedicated accessory shipping service (check at checkout) to ensure safe transportation.
Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of the order, and can take longer than the expected date due to the invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.
Please refrain from using PO Box addresses, as they pose a higher risk of loss. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

For Mirrors & Side Step Orders (U.S. Warehouse)
All mirror and side step orders are shipped directly from our U.S. local warehouse. Every order comes with free shipping and no taxes.
For Accessories & After-Sales Orders (International Warehouse)
Most accessory packages shipped internationally do not require additional customs duties. However, according to U.S. customs policies, if extra duties are incurred, the logistics carrier will contact the customer to make payment upon delivery.
