Mirror Function Issues
Q1: What if the function lights don’t turn on?
A:1.Ensure all plugs are securely connected and pins are not bent or loose.
2.Refer to the wiring diagram to confirm correct connections and proper polarity.
(Note:If your original mirrors lack this function, connect the special wire to the fuse box.)
3.Test the lights with a 12V battery. If they light up, the mirror is functional.

Q2: Why is the turn signal always on, or the running light flashing?
A: This is likely due to swapped wiring between the running lights and turn signals. Try swapping the red-yellow wire (+) for turn signals with the blue wire (+) for running lights.
Refer to the wiring diagram for guidance.
Q3: The power mirror adjustment isn’t working. What can I do?
A:1.Check if the mirror driver plug and internal wiring are connected.
2.Confirm the green wire (-) with red wire (+) controls left-right movement, and green (-) with yellow (+) controls up-down movement.
3.Use a voltage tester to check the circuit.

Q4: My mirror doesn’t fold properly (manual or power)？
A:（Manual folding): Inspect the folding mechanism for misalignment or damage.
(Power folding): Check the blue-white and green-white wires for proper connection. Test if the motor is running.

Mirror Vibration or Shaking
Q1: Is it normal for the entire mirror to vibrate?
A: Slight vibration is normal and often due to road conditions or vehicle speed. If shaking is excessive, check if all base screws are evenly tightened.
Q2: What if the mirror glass is shaking?
A:Minor shaking is normal.If noticeable:Check if the internal hooks are properly installed.Try placing a small card between the glass and mount to stabilize it.
Other Common Issues
Q1: Why are the left and right mirrors angled differently from the doors?
A: This is intentional. The driver-side mirror is angled outward for a wider view, while the passenger-side is closer to the door for better image alignment.
Q2: What should I do if my product is damaged or parts have fallen off?
A: Please provide clear photos or a short video of the issue. We will assess the situation and send replacement parts (e.g., lenses, housing, base covers) if needed. In some cases, shipping fees may apply.
