How to Check the Motor Plug of the Tow Mirrors | Sanooer Autoparts

Today I’m going to show you how to check the motor plug on your towing mirror. 

This method is helpful when the mirror isn’t rotating smoothly or feels unresponsive.

Just follow along with me step by step!

Note: Please wear protective gloves when removing the mirror, safety first!

Step 1: First, remove the upper mirror and disconnect the plug from the back of the upper mirror.

Step 2: Loosen the four screws from the motor

Step 3: Unplug the wiring harness behind the motor and then plug it back in.

Then check if the four wires are firmly plugged into the plug.

Step 4: After checking, press the cover back into place and insert the wiring harness into the motor again.

Step 5: Reinstall the four screws and upper mirror.
